About Anthony Lauriello
Experienced Real Estate Attorney
Focusing on residential real estate transactions, I guide clients through every step of the buying and selling process. My goal is to represent your interests and provide peace of mind throughout the process.
Since 1995 I have handled real estate matters in each of the New York City Counties along with Westchester, Nassau, and Suffolk Counties. From 1995 to 2009, I was an associate and partner at Goldweber, Lauriello and Epstein LLP firm. In 2009, I formed my firm handling real estate and litigation matters. In addition, from 2016 to 2023, I joined Amalgamated Bank as a First Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, handling commercial real estate lending and other banking matters. I have also continued to specialize in handling real estate transactions in the cooperative, condominium, and house markets representing buyers and sellers.

In addition to real estate matters, I have specialized in handling matrimonial matters at the Trial and Appellate Court levels. I also worked as "Of Counsel" at Kraus, Diamond and Fee, PLLC, and continue to be "Of Counsel" to the Law and Mediation Offices of Amelie Kraus, LLC.
